Lookout Wild Film Festival

Wilderness First Aid Workshop

When: 6-7:30 p.m.
Where: Outdoor Chattanooga, 200 River Street
Cost: Free

Outdoor Chattanooga's Winter Workshop Series is a series of classroom based, outdoor education and skill building workshops that are free and open to the public. All ages are welcome. No reservations or experience required to attend. Wilderness first aid training prepares you for how to handle emergencies in the woods until you can get to definitive care. These workshops are not for certification, but do offer insightful discussions for training and practice purposes. Come learn about emergencies related to environmental disasters, exposure, hypothermia etc. and learn survival hacks for those situations. For more information, call 423-643-6888.

Rodgers + Hammerstein's Cinderella

Chattanooga Symphony & Opera Presents: Movie Masterworks

When: 7:30-9:30 p.m.

Join the CSO for an evening of iconic pieces from classic movies! The show will begin with the overture to Wagner's opera Tannhäuser, which has appeared in more than 20 movies and is known for its innovative orchestration and dramatic movements. Those familiar with the movie Amadeus will immediately recognize the concert's next piece, Mozart's Piano Concerto No. 22.
