Artful Yoga: Holiday Flow

The popular monthly series continues with a gallery exploration led by curators followed by yoga led today by Ashtanga yoga teacher Emily Bourland. Participants are required to bring a mat. A $5 donation for this community artful yoga supports the Hunter Museum's educational programs.Since the gallery portion of the program is integral to the experience, participants are asked to arrive on time in order to be a part of the artful yoga program.

Ballet Tennessee presents "A Christmas Carol" based on the classic tale by Charles Dickens. featuring guest artists including Fredrick Davis, Ballet Tennessee alumnus, featured in the WTCI Documentary "From the Streets to the Stage” and Jere Hunt with the Rioult Dance NY. Blues Benefit Concert for Woodmore Families

Cost: $20, but additional donations are encouraged
Presented by Blues Chattanooga, this blues concert features headliner deaconbluz/holysmoke (a/k/a Dr. Clark E. White.) Also appearing are The ATL Horns and Drew Sterchi's Blues Tribe. All donations go directly to Woodmore Fund of the Community Foundation/United Way. The Chattanooga Blues community wishes to donate its services to help raise money to benefit the children and families impacted by the bus crash.

Located under the open sky of the beautifully landscaped gardens of the historic Chattanooga Choo Choo, all ages are now able to experience a classic winter tradition—outdoor ice skating—as a new seasonal festivity in Chattanooga's bustling southside. Schedule includes general skating time, special themes, appearances by Santa and a rotating schedule to benefit local non-profits.
