Indie Craft Experience Inaugural Holiday Market 

When: 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Where: Waterhouse Pavilion, 850 Market St. 
Cost: $5

Shop at the Indie Craft Experience (ICE) Holiday Market’s debut for a one-day only shopping event featuring handcrafted gift options from more than 50 vendors, local food offerings and more. The first 150 attendees will receive complimentary swag tote bags designed by Tennessee artist Mary Helt of Maryink. Entry is $5 cash at the door and kids 12 and under are free.

The Nutcracker! Presented by the Civic Ballet of Chattanooga

When: Saturday, Dec. 10 at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, Dec. 11 at 2:30 p.m.
Where: UTC Fine Arts Center, 752 Vine Street
Cost: $16

A Christmas party, a puppet show, life sized mechanical dolls, a mysterious favorite uncle, a hilarious mouse king, dancing snowflakes, a handsome nutcracker prince and a beautiful sugar plum fairy all bring Clara into her wonderful, magical adventure. Join the Civic Ballet of Chattanooga (Chattanooga’s Oldest Ballet Company) and dancers from the Massari-Wood Dance Center in their 33rd Annual Nutcracker performance. Holiday Wreaths - Workshop

Looking for a thick, fluffy holiday wreath to go on your front door or above your mantle? Join Avery Patten for a four-hour workshop where you will learn to make a hand wired holiday wreath out of fresh greenery. At the end of the workshop you will take home a completed wreath to enjoy throughout the holiday season. Mid-South Symphonic Band Holiday Concert

When: 3-5 p.m.
Where: Ringgold High School, 29 Tiger Trail
Cost: Free

The Mid-South Symphonic Band will host a Christmas concert featuring classic favorites such as The Holly and the Ivy and It Came Upon a Midnight Clear. The concert will also feature some fun music from the How the Grinch Stole Christmas and a salsa arrangement of Good King Wencislas. Founded in 1990, the Mid-South Symphonic Band is comprised of 75 musicians from the greater Chattanooga area and performs under the direction of Jim Souders. This all volunteer organization is comprised of musicians from diverse backgrounds who enjoy sharing their talents with each other and with the community. Lee University Lessons & Carols 

When: 7:30-9:30 p.m.
Where: Lee University Chapel, 1020 N Ocoee St.
Cost: Free

The Lee University School of Music and School of Religion join together to present a service of lessons and carols, uniting Biblical lessons relating to Christ's birth with beautiful Christmas music.Tickets are complimentary but required. They can be reserved over the phone or in person through the Dixon Box Office, which is open weekdays from 3-6 p.m. one week prior to the concert date.
