30th Annual Spring Garden Tour

When: June 10 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; June 11 from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Cost: $15 for both days; purchase at any one of the gardens

The 30th Annual Spring Garden Tour, sponsored by the Master Gardeners of Hamilton County, features seven public and private gardens located around Chattanooga, Hixson and East Brainerd. The tour benefits educational programs sponsored by the Master Gardeners and the Chattanooga Area Food Bank. June Music in the Vineyard

When: 6-9 p.m.
Where: Georgia Winery, 6469 Battlefield Pkwy, Ringgold, GA 30736 
Cost: $5

Grab your family and friends and enjoy a peaceful night of live music and sweet, southern wine. Throughout the evening a food truck will have snacks and treats available for purchase. Browse the vendor marketplace for some unique gifts and local treasures. Get ready for the sweet smell of muscadines and an enjoyable night of fun entertainment! Top Secret Tuesday at The Palace Picture House

Where: The Palace Picture House, 618 Georgia Ave. 
Price: $5

The Palace Picture House will present a weekly offering of mind meltingly strange cinema, Russian roulette style. You don’t know what you’ll get, but that’s part of the fun! Enjoy motion pictures, beer specials and other surprises. 


Thursday, June 15

Couples and Clay Date Night

When: 6-8 p.m.
Where: Artsbuild, 301 E 11th St. #300
Cost: $90 for the two-hour session

At Scenic City Clay Arts Couples and Clay nights of pottery will offer a full-time potter with more than a decade of experience helping couples create their own pottery while sipping BYOB beverages. Grab your significant other, your favorite beverage and some messy clothes and join other couples for an introductory pottery class on June 15. Class is limited to the first 4 couples to register. If you're looking for an artsy date night with your significant other, sit down, work together on something fun and get creative (and a little messy). Beneficial Bats

When: 7:30-10 p.m.
Where: Reflection Riding Arboretum and Nature Center, 400 Garden Rd. 
Cost: Members free, included with admission for non-members, $10 adult, $7 children.

Join RRANC Naturalist Corey Hagen to learn a little bit about our furry flighted friends. During a 40 minute presentation, learn about some of the unique characteristics of bats. After the presentation, guests will carpool out to the Mapleview Day Use Area to watch the Gray Bats emerge from Nickajack Cave.
