Cameron Bean, a Chattanooga, TN native, was a standout athlete in his youth and became an accomplished runner during his collegiate career at Samford University and into the years following. Cameron tragically lost his life in 2015 during a training run. In his memory, The Cam Run­­: Cameron Bean Memorial 5K & Magnum Mile were created. And having just celebrated my birthday on June 4, I’m all up to speed on the latest and best free birthday dinners, desserts and other goodies that Chattanooga has to offer.
