Cameron Bean, a Chattanooga, TN native, was a standout athlete in his youth and became an accomplished runner during his collegiate career at Samford University and into the years following. Cameron tragically lost his life in 2015 during a training run. In his memory, The Cam Run­­: Cameron Bean Memorial 5K & Magnum Mile were created. Artful Yoga goes off site to Southern Soul Yoga while a new installation gets created in the Hunter Museum lobby. Partnering with Southern Soul instructors, the Hunter will use a work of art as an inspiration for a community yoga practice.
