The Torgerson Team is excited to welcome Anna Varnell, the newest addition to the team!
Varnell will be taking on the role of Showing Assistant, working with buyers and helping them tour properties during their home search process.
“Before I got into real estate, I reached out to Nathan [Torgerson] about the process of buying a home for myself, but I wasn’t quite ready at the time,” she says. “About 6 months later, I made a career change into real estate. I remembered being so impressed with how Nathan treated me as a client and how highly other agents spoke of him. So when the team was hiring, I knew this was the team I wanted to be a part of.”
The showing assistant plays an important part in the home buying process, says Torgerson.
“In this role, someone will spend a lot of time with our clients,” he says. “It was my goal to find someone like Anna with the professionalism and friendliness needed to make the home search process a good experience for our buyers.”
Varnell says that the client relations part of her job is what she loves the most.
“The most rewarding part of the job is getting to know our clients,” she says. “I spend a lot of time with them as I show them properties. I feel like by the end of it I’ve found my friends a place to call home.”
When she isn't working, Varnell loves spending time with her son, visiting the Chattanooga Market, running various races, exploring new brunch spots and traveling.
