Looking for a fun way to celebrate Father’s Day? The Chattanooga Market has you covered with Father’s Day Blues and Brews! Enjoy the mellow sounds of local blues musicians as you shop around or even let dad pick out a gift from dozens of local artists and craftsmen. Come hungry or be sure to work up an appetite as you shop to make room for delicious food from one of their themed food trucks and a craft beer or two. If your family is celebrating at home this year, there will be plenty of fresh cuts of meat, farm cheeses, and produce to choose from to make a special home-cooked Father’s Day dinner. Summer Cocktail Festival

Call your friends, line up the baby sitter if needed, and get ready to cool off this summer with the inaugural Chattanooga Summer Cocktail Festival! Benefiting the Chattanooga Market, the Chattanooga Summer Cocktail Festival will over 40 spirits creating deliciously fresh summer inspired cocktails. With the purchase of a ticket, enjoy 12 cocktail samples as you dance into the night with music provided by an amazing DJ. Between the drinks and dancing, there will be food available for purchase from Cart & Seoul Korean Taqueria, Drake’s, and Nonni’s Empanadas. Car Show + Swap Meet
When: 9:00am-2:00pm
Where: Abba's House, 5208 Hixson Pike
Cost: Free for spectators, $10 entry fee for vehicles
This Father’s Day weekend, give day a fun day out at the car show! Sponsored by O'Reilly Auto Parts, Abba’s House Car Show + Swap Meet will not disappoint with classics, sports, and antiques! The car show is free with a $10 entry fee if you’ve got a car to show. There will 25 trophies up for grabs, door prizes, doughnuts, coffee, flavored popcorn, and more. Ice Cream Safari

Tired of staying inside to beat this crazy heat? The Chattanooga Zoo is hosting the Ice Cream Safari this Saturday! Explore the animal exhibits all while enjoying all-you-can-eat ice cream and sweet treats. You read that right! Guests will get unlimited ice cream from sponsors like Ben & Jerry’s, Clumpie’s Ice Cream Co, The Ice Cream Show, and more! Don’t think they forgot about the animals. Keepers will also create ice treats for each animal to enjoy as well as offer animal encounters. This means you’ll be able to get up close experience with some of the animals! The Laser Light Fest
When: 11:00am-4:00pm
Where: Tennessee Riverpark, 4301 Amnicola Hwy
Cost: $25-$200 per car load
Pack up the car and head down to the Tennessee Riverpark for a spectacular light show! Set up drive-in movie style, either roll dow the windows or bring the chairs and blankets for a fantastic light show choreographed by a live DJ playing all of your favorite hits. Starting at 9pm, the Laser Light Show will be featuring music from some of today's top artist like Harry Styles, Billie Eilish, The Kid Laroi, Imagine Dragons, and more. Stick around Friday and Saturday night for the "Legends of Rock" show starting at 10:30pm with a live DJ playing music from Nirvana, AC/DC, Van Halen, and Metallica.
