Halloween Bike Ride

Where: Walnut Bridge Market, 204 Walnut St
Cost: Free

Join Walnut Bridge Market on a fun Halloween bike ride around Chattanooga. Dress in your favorite costume. There is a $50 prize for the best costume. For more information, visit facebook.com/events.


October 28-29

Harvest Moon Storyland Maze

When: 6-8:30 p.m.
Where: Tennessee Riverpark, 4201 Amnicola Highway
Cost: $3-5

It's an evening of family storybook fun you won't want to miss! Dress like your favorite story character and enjoy the harvest Moon Storyland Maze, produced by Read 20 and Hamilton County Parks and Recreation at the Tennessee Riverpark. The Harvest Moon Storyland Maze is the Hamilton County Maze of years past transformed to a riverside literacy event for children and their families. You can interact with characters from beloved fairytales and stories, jump in the bouncy houses, pet a critter at Bagby's Critter Corral and ride the Storyland Cow Train. All children receive a free book, bookmark, bookplate and treats from MARS Chocolate and MoonPie, Chattanooga Bakery. Activities designed specifically for children 10 and under. Children (and inner children) of all ages welcome.

ChoirNooga

When: 3-5 p.m
Where: Honest Pint, 35 Patten Parkway
Cost: Free

Ever wanted to be part of a choir? Now is your chance! ChoirNooga is a low commitment choir group that meets every other week with a goal of bringing people together to sing and have a good time. All skill levels are welcome. This is the choir’s second meeting, and the group is learning a version of Cohen's Hallelujah.


Sunday, October 30 

Chattanooga Market Haunted Market

When: 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. 
Where: Chattanooga Market, 829 Carter Street 
Cost: Free

Bring your ghosts and goblins for some good old fashioned trick or treating! The Chattanooga Market Haunted Market will have three costume parades for all ages at noon, 1:30 and 3 p.m. Enjoy fall produce, pumpkins, local art and unique gifts for early holiday shopping. 


Wednesday, November 2

Artful Meditation With Victoria Priest

When: 12:30-1:30 p.m. 
Where: Hunter Museum of American Art, 10 Bluff View
Cost: $5

Join Hunter curators and meditation practitioner Victoria Priest for a guided meditation session incorporating a gallery discussion on a selected art piece. No meditation experience necessary, and no special clothing is required. Bring a mat, pillow or cushion to the event. A limited number of chairs will also be provided.
