Food Truck Fridays: Co.Lab: Pop-Up Market

When: 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. 
Where: Miller Park, 900 Market St. 
Cost: Free

Come support local artists, craftsmen and makers while enjoying the local food trucks during your lunch break!! Enjoy this last Food Truck Friday of the year with Rolling J's, Chatterbox, Clumpies and Go Gyro Go food trucks and cart that will be located on Market Street right beside Miller Park. Not only can you get great local food from the food trucks or one of the many surrounding restaurants to enjoy but also you get to enjoy local musicians and entertainers on your lunch break, free of charge. Rock City's Enchanted Garden of Lights

When: 6-9 p.m.
Where: Rock City Gardens, 1400 Patten Road
Cost: $11.95-$28.95

For the holiday season, Rock City's Enchanted Garden of Lights is a family tradition. Featured recently on ABC's show The Chew, this light extravaganza showcases more than 30 holiday scenes and nearly a million LED lights that transform the gardens' natural daytime splendor into a fantasyland of four realms of wonder: Yule Town, Arctic Kingdom, Magic Forest and North Pole Village. Enjoy gingerbread cookie decorating, hot cocoa and nightly entertainment. Dinner with Santa is also back, as well as Jack Frost, Inara the Ice Queen and many other characters. Saturday, November 17 

Sparkle and Sweat: Dance Fit Class

When: 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. 
Where: Chattanooga Theatre Center, 400 River Street
Cost: $10

Dance up a sweat with The Pop-up Project directors, Jules Downum and Mattie Waters, in a fun and accessible class that will leave you strong and flexible! The instructors will be pulling from a variety of dance genres to create some funky and fun combos, but no dance experience is required. Just come with a willingness to let loose and move. After the workshop there will be complimentary mimosas. 


Sunday, November 18

Peppa Pig Live 

When: 2-4 p.m. 
Where: Tivoli Theatre, 709 Broad Street

Peppa Pig Live! is back with an action-packed live show featuring your favorite characters as life size puppets and costume characters in Peppa Pig's Surprise. 19th Annual Grateful Gobbler Walk

When: 8-10 a.m.
Where:
Coolidge Park, 200 River Street 
Cost: $15-30 

The 19th Annual Grateful Gobbler Walk will take place on Thanksgiving morning, and 100 percent of the proceeds of the walk will benefit the Maclellan Shelter for Families, which is the only homeless shelter in the Greater Chattanooga Area that provides a stable environment for families to remain together as they search for permanent housing solutions. The cost to participate is $30 for adults and $15 for ages 12 and under. If you're planning to travel out of town for the holiday—no worries! You can register as a virtual walker for $20.
