National Learn To Row Day
When: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Where: Tennessee Riverpark, 4301 Amnicola Hwy
Cost: Free
USRowing and Lookout Rowing Club are sponsoring National Learn To Row Day at the Raoul Rowing Center which will welcome men, women and families to try out rowing. LRC is located at 1001 Riverside Drive (beside Boathouse Rotisserie). Guests can tour the club and take a row to the bluffs and back.

EPB Strawberry Festival
When: 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

It's prime time for strawberries at the Chattanooga Market! Strawberry salsa, strawberry cake, chocolate-dipped strawberries, strawberry jelly, strawberry lemonade and even strawberry candles are some of the things you’ll find this weekend. The strawberries are hand-picked early Sunday morning so they're ripe and red all the way through (no white centers here).

Yoga and Beyond: June Session Vinyasa Yoga and Mindfulness
When: 10:30 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.
Where: Crabtree Farms, 1000 E 30th St.

The first part of this workshop will be led by Jonathan Ellis and will focus on 'Complete Yoga,' which is an accessible approach to a yoga flow class that can be modified to meet the bodily strengths and challenges of any body. This class will incorporate standing postures, seated postures and breath work. After a vibrant session of yoga, Jill Allen will help participants explore how to shift the way we pay attention in our everyday lives and how to consciously connect with the here and now. Understanding mindfulness, knowing it inside your own experience, and the practical applications will be contemplated and considered. For more information, visit crabtreefarms.org.

June City Sweat: Sweat like an Athlete
