Nathan Torgerson and The Torgerson Team at Keller Williams Realty was recently presented the honor of Top Team at Keller Williams Realty Greater Downtown Chattanooga for 2018 in Units and Volume as well as Top 5 Team at Keller Williams Realty in the state of Tennessee for 2018.
“Each year we recognize the top groups, teams and individual agents in our office for their accomplishments in the year before,” says Nathan Brown, chief leadership officer for Keller Williams Realty of Greater Downtown Chattanooga. “For someone to earn these awards in particular, they have to be ridiculously effective and efficient at providing phenomenal service to clients, otherwise (the client) wouldn’t repeat business with that agent.”
Three or more agents working together is considered a group, a team of agents consists of two agents and an individual agent is one who does all of their contract work solo. The Torgerson Team consists of lead agent Nathan Torgerson and buyer specialist Jordan Cook, with the additional help of transaction coordinator Lauren Johnson and marketing director Mary Beth Torgerson.
“Having the top team at Keller Williams Greater Downtown Realty not only for volume sold, but also the number of units, is an honor. We have about 320 agents in our market center, so to be recognized is overwhelming,” says Torgerson. “But I couldn’t have done it alone. Jordan works tirelessly to help make us the best, and I couldn’t do it without him. It’s a team effort.”
Not only was The Torgerson Team given the local honor of Top Team at Keller Williams Realty Greater Downtown Chattanooga for 2018 in Units and Volume, but they were also recognized as a Top 5 Team at Keller Williams Realty for the state of Tennessee.
“The state of Tennessee has a booming real estate market, and there are so many great teams out there working hard in our field. To be one of the top five teams in the entire state is a big deal,” says Torgerson. “It means that I have gathered the best group of people to serve my clients and make sure their home buying/selling experience is a good one.”
This isn’t the first time Torgerson has been recognized for excellent work in the real estate industry. In 2018, he received Most Closed Units By Agent for 2017. He was also recognized nationally by the American Institute of Real Estate Professionals as one of 10 agents to receive a Client Satisfaction Award.
“I love coming to work every day and having the honor of helping clients fulfill their American dream of homeownership,” Torgerson says. “We strive to make sure all our clients are taken care of and are well-informed about the real estate market and their transaction.”
