We only have about a month left of summer, so it’s your last chance to soak up the season! Here is a list of some local fun and free activities to round out your summer.

1. Walk or bike the riverwalk 

Take in the summer sun on the Chattanooga riverwalk. There are lots of sculptures to enjoy  and parks along the way for the kids to play. If you don’t feel like walking and have a few dollars to spare, you can rent a bike from one of the Bike Chattanooga kiosks and pedal your way around town!

The Torgerson Team's second annual Back to School School Supply Drive was a huge success! Thanks to you and your donations, we were able to love on 10 of our local teachers with gift baskets overflowing with goodies. 

Our journey to deliver these gift baskets took us to on a tour of area schools including ones in Chattanooga, Ringgold, Rossville, Hixson, Signal Mountain, Soddy-Daisy and Rock Spring. Along the way we heard so many stories of how your donations would make a difference

Many of our local teachers have to buy hundreds of dollars worth of school supplies out of  their own pocket to either outfit their classroom or help a child who comes to school without. One teacher said she's even gone to buy things like backpacks for students whose…
