After a very short-lived stint as a drive-thru coffee shop, this building on the corner of Kent Street finally found new life recently as Red Sauce, a casual Italian restaurant. This eatery’s aim is on yummy meatballs and craft cocktails with a “Brooklyn-meets-Philly-meets-Little Italy-meets-the 1960s-meets-Chattanooga” approach.
