Saturday, October 22nd

East Ridge Fall Family Festival

When: 10:00am-6:00pm
Where: Camp Jordan Amphitheater, 323 Camp Jordan Pkwy
Cost: Free

Fall is in full swing which means weekends are filling up with fall festivals! East Ridge announced that the City will host its first-ever Fall Festival this Saturday at Camp Jordan Park. This family friendly event will have tons of delicious food, kid friendly activities, family yard games, 60+ craft vendors, live music, and more! This event is free to attend and all are welcome. Saturday, October 22nd

Fall Family Fun Fest

When: 11:00am-4:00pm
Where: Miller Park, E ML King Blvd
Cost: Free

There will also be another fall festival happening this weekend in the heart of downtown Chattanooga! This one is a celebration for the 25th Anniversary of First Things First. Swing by to enjoy live music, food trucks, face painting, family games, giveaways, and more! While this festival is free and an RSVP is not required, the first 300 people to RSVP will receive a free Fall Family Fun Fest t-shirt at the event. October 22nd-23rd

Collegedale Apple Festival

When: 10:00am-4:00pm
Where: Collegedale Commons, 4750 Swinyar Dr.
Cost: Free

Have you ever heard the expression, “An apple a day keeps the doctor away?” Okay, so it might not be completely true, but fresh, crisp apples from a local orchard do make for some yummy fall treats. This year marks the 3rd annual Collegedale Apple Festival and it is sure to not disappoint! Fresh apples will be provided by Merciers Apple Orchard along with 150 craft and food vendors, pony rides, a petting zoo, and entertainment for the entire family! Admission is free with apples, foods, and crafts for purchase. Follow the Facebook event to keep up-to-date.


October 22nd-23rd

Chattanooga Comic Con

When: 11:00am-7:00pm
Where: Chattanooga Convention Center, 1 Carter Plaza
Cost: $30-$110

Chattanooga’s newest Comic Con is happening this weekend! Grab your ticket to be part of Chattanooga Comic Con where you get to shop and meet some of the top artists, writers, creators, and guests in the industry. Guests include Khary Payton, Jae Lee, Grey Delisle-Griffin, Jim Cummings, Riki "Riddle" LeCotey, and many more! With guest photo ops, countless vendors to shop from, a Super Smash Bros tournament, a Star Wars Legion tournament, and what is sure to be an epic play of Dungeons & Dragons, you will not want to miss out! Scenic City Wings

Where: First Horizon Pavilion, 1801 Reggie White Blvd.
Cost: $15

Alright Chattanooga… We’ve had the better part of the football season to enjoy some delicious wings. Now that your taste buds have been prepped to enjoy some mouth watering recipes, head out to the Chattanooga Market this Sunday for the Scenic City Wings competition. Benefiting the Chattanooga Area Food Bank, one ticket will get you two sample wings from each competitor. You get to vote for your favorite wing as there will be a Popular Vote Winner as well as a Judge’s Choice. This years competitors include Walk-Ons Bistreaux and Bar, Feed Table & Tavern, 1885 Grill, Southside Social, & Party Fowl.
