While we may be a “smaller city” compared to Nashville or Atlanta, you’ll never be short on something to do. One of our most favorite things about Chattanooga is that there really is something for everyone! We get all 4 seasons

Unlike many cities, Chattanooga weather experiences all four seasons. Our winters are cold and sometimes we get a bit of snow. Our Spring season is filled with spring showers, lovely blooms, and a warmer temperature. Summer days are warmer and the perfect time to spend on the water. Then there is fall. You cannot beat fall in Chattanooga. Not only is the weather a perfect temperature, but the changing leaves are unbeatable! Red, orange, and yellow paint the town and the surrounding mountains for the most lovely views!

Growing Opportunities

Chattanooga has some of the fastest growth when it comes to job opportunities. Home to major factories like Amazon and Volkswagen, Chattanooga has seen impressive growth in job opportunities over the past few years. Because of the new economic growth, we’ve also seen significant growth in the number of houses being built to accommodate.
