Bread & Butter is an artisan bakery where each loaf of bread is hand mixed, shaped and scored just like grandma used to make. Pizzeria Cortile

If you’ve ever been to the Chattanooga Market, you’ve probably seen the Local Slice food truck serving up delicious wood-fired pizza. Well, we have good news—pretty soon you won’t have to eat standing up. The culinary team behind Local Slice is opening up a Red Bank location called Pizzeria Cortile, which features pizza baked at over 800 degrees using a wood fired oven (from Italy, no less), giving it a unique flavor and crispy, chewy crust. H&M

Hide your credit cards, hide your wallets. H&M, the world's second-biggest fashion retailer, plans to open a store in Hamilton Place Mall soon. The 23,000-square-foot store will offer men’s and women’s clothing, as well as accessories and the H&M Kids collection for newborns to 14-year-olds. The Chattanooga H&M is slated to open in fall 2017…just in time for Christmas shopping!

Former Famous Nater's food truck owner Nathan Flynt is at the helm of this new Martin Luther King Boulevard restaurant, which plans to blend “the delicacy of fine dining with an atmosphere so laid back, you'll swear you're at home.” OK, we’re intrigued. Flynt has the clout to back up those claims, as he earned his stripes working under multiple James Beard award winning chefs and as the opening chef of local favorite Public House. The menu features breakfast items including various pastries, yogurt, biscuits and breakfast wraps, while the lunch menu offers several salad and sandwich options, as well as a handful of entrees. We’re most looking forward to the Bacon Pancake with Vanilla Icing (I mean, how could we not be?) for breakfast and the Midnight in Saigon sandwich made with slow cooked pork with ponzu and carrot cilantro salad served on a Niedlov’s Bun for lunch.
